Samuel "Sam" Rivera
Owner & Founder
Sam began his painting career in Chicago in 2019 and founded Riverside Painters in San Antonio in 2022. His Christian faith plays an important role in the values he brings to the company—integrity, hard work, honesty, and treating people with respect. Driven to continually improve his craft and his company, Sam believes the difference is found in the details. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, he stays personally involved, holding every project to a high standard of workmanship, communication, and care. For Sam, painting isn't simply about changing a color—it's about earning a customer's trust and leaving their home better than he found it.
Rigo Reyes
Project Manager
Rigo brings more than 10 years of experience managing teams and leading day-to-day operations. As a Christian, he is guided by faith, integrity, and a commitment to serving others. His strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail help keep every Riverside project moving smoothly from start to finish. He coordinates crews, solves challenges in the field, and makes sure our workmanship meets the high standards our customers expect. Rigo believes great results come from clear communication, accountability, and taking pride in every detail before a project is considered complete.

3-Year Workmanship Warranty
Riverside Painters provides a three-year warranty on all work performed — covering any peeling, bubbling, cracking, or splitting due to improper prep or application, at no extra cost to you.
What Is Covered
- Peeling, flaking, or bubbling paint from improper application
- Missed spots or uneven coverage after project completion
- Paint adhesion failure on properly prepared surfaces
- Drips, runs, or sags caused by application error
- Caulking failure at joints we sealed during the project
- Cracking or splitting due to improper surface preparation
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or chalking from UV exposure
- Damage from temperature changes, settlement, or moisture intrusion — including nail pops or cracks from expansion and contraction
- Paint failure on surfaces with pre-existing rot, structural defects, or insect infestation
- Failure of previous paint coatings beneath our work
- Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces — decks, floors, and steps
- Dirt or mildew accumulation over time
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, impact, or vandalism
- Touch-ups or repaints performed by others after our work
- Manufacturer defects in paint products (covered by manufacturer)
- Surfaces not included in the original project scope
How to File a Warranty Claim
- 1Call 210-818-1132 or email [email protected] within the three-year warranty period.
- 2Describe the issue — your name, project address, completion date, and a brief description of the defect. Photos are helpful but not required.
- 3We schedule a free site inspection within 5 business days to assess the problem area at no cost to you.
- 4If the defect is covered, a member of the Riverside Painters team will return to repair and touch up the area within 10 business days — always our own crew, never subcontracted.
