Our 3-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every project we complete is backed by a written 3-year workmanship warranty. We stand behind our work — if it peels, cracks, or fails due to application, we come back and make it right.
What Is Covered
- Covers peeling, cracking, and adhesion failure due to application
- Valid for 3 years from project completion date
- Transferable to new homeowner within warranty period
- Written documentation provided at project close-out

What is not covered: This warranty covers workmanship defects only. It does not cover: damage caused by acts of nature (hail, flooding, hurricane-force winds, extreme UV exposure beyond normal seasonal variation); normal wear and fading of paint over time; damage resulting from improper cleaning, abrasion, or chemical contact; failure of previously existing substrate issues not disclosed prior to project start (rot, moisture intrusion, structural movement, efflorescence); paint manufacturer defects (covered separately under manufacturer warranty); projects where the customer supplied their own paint materials; touch-up work or partial repaints not performed by Riverside Painters; or any work performed by third parties after project completion. Warranty is void if surfaces are repainted or altered by another contractor within the warranty period without written consent from Riverside Painters. This warranty is limited to re-performance of the affected work and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.
